Updated & clean. Great price point.
Stairs down were rough.

The apartment looked fairly new so it was clean and in good condition. The host was responsive when we needed to contact him for additional information (eg wifi connection).
The entry to the apartment is in the back of the house. It is accessed down a set of stairs (it is a basement apartment). The entry looked pretty sketchy with garbage and dirt in back yard and in the stairwell.

Помешкання чудове, перевершило мої очікування. Господарі подбали про всі дрібниці, щоб зробити проживання гостей максимально комфорним. Поселились без проблем, інструкція цілком зрозуміла. Окремо хочу відзначити чистоту. Я багато подорожую і маю з чим порівняти, це однозначно одне з найкращих місць, де я зупинялась. Також вдячна за рекомендації місць, які можна відвідати.
Все сподобалось, жодних зауважень.
