Fajny, dobrze położony i bardzo czysty apartament. Komunikacja z właścicielką bardzo dobra. Rowerem do plaży babie doly ok 18 minut, do skweru kosciuszki ok 25. Przyjemny taras.
Przydałby się dostęp do rowerowni (o ile taka istnieje na terenie)
