The washing machine was great and the provided drying rack was perfect. The place is a fabulous location for a night or two -there's really no reason to stay in the city longer than that and you'd want more chair options by then. The beds are very comfortable and the tv works well.
The bathroom has a heavy mildew odor and you can see mold around the base of the shower. Much of the kitchen cups and dishes are up high so if you're short and not traveling with a tall person you'll struggle. The water pressure in the shower is non existent. But the kitchen sink has all the pressure. It's loud. The windows don't block out much noise and hey it's an old building that's fine but the city prepares for the day very early in the morning so you hear carts and heavy wheels on the stone roads by 5am.
