L'appartement est exceptionnel. Il ne faut pas se fier à l'apparence de l'immeuble qui semble vieux. L'appartement est entièrement rénové avec goût. Il est grand et bien agencé. Parfaitement équipé et au pied de la vieille ville. Il y a une place de parking sécurisée. La communication avec la propriétaire est parfaite. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Lerma est un joli petit village. N'hésitez pas à vous y arrêter.

Muy decepcionada con la atención por parte de los propietarios. En muchos años alojándome en multitud de lugares a nivel internacional jamás nadie me hizo sentir tan mal y más en un momento tan delicado Hasta me hicieron pensar que les molestaba que hubiéramos reservado. Les pedimos ayuda para aumentar un huésped pues íbamos a un duelo por la pérdida de un familiar y aumentaron nuestras necesidades. Sobrando habitaciones cualquier chatbot habría tenido mas capacidad de ayuda en la gestion y mas empatia que la que recibinos por WhatsApp con respuestas secas que nos proponiam cancelar y ni siquiera para eso daban ayuda. Lamentablemente una experiencia que no olvidaremos ninguno de los miembros de mi familia.
