The apartment building was relatively new, clean, and well maintained. The apartment itself was well equipped, with everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked very well. The kitchen was also fully equipped. The pool was very nice and clean, although it could benefit from having more shaded areas. The apartment was within walking distance of the beach, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The key handover was straightforward, although some direct communication with the host was necessary. Please note that key collection is only available without extra charge until around 8:00 PM. Towels and bed linen are not included and must be paid for separately. There is a limited selection of cafés and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. For greater variety, I would recommend visiting Oropesa del Mar, which is only a 5-minute drive away. More importantly, guests who are sensitive to noise should be aware that I experienced significant noise on several nights from neighbors moving chairs or furniture in the apartments above or adjacent to ours. The windows provide good sound insulation from outside noise, so the disturbance appeared to come from within the building itself.
