الموقع والاطلاله والاثاث والمرافق
الباب الرئيسي لمدخل حديقة ومواقف السيارات للفيلا يفتح يدوي والمفروض أنه يفتح بريموت كنترول ولكنه عطلان ومع كل خروج او دخول للفيلا نضطر للنزول من السياره لفتحه بالدفع مع أنه ثقيل والمدخل منحدر وهذا متعب ومرهق وممل . وأيضا الأصنصير مقفل ولا يعمل والفيلا من ثلاث أدوار والحقائب صعب الصعود بها والنزول بها . المطبخ وأدواته وقت دخول الفيلا كان دون المستوى من النظافه ولكن المسؤول أرسل عامله للتنظيف واضطرت للمكوث قرابة الساعتين للتنظيف.
