Good location near the metro and many restaurants. Clean. Quiet (especially for busy loud Quito). And the best part is the family that runs the place, they are super nice people, always friendly.

I stayed for two weeks here. Everything was very good. The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well in my room. The shower always had hot water. The staff is welcoming and communicative. Location is ideal as it is between two main public transportation stations, the new Metro and the Trole bus.

everything! super helpful staff, gorgeous house, great location. it's near the Santa Clara market with awesome food. they have an Spanish academy on the first floor and I even got invited to have Russian blinys. everything was perfect.
