La habitación es cómoda, tiene agua caliente y el internet funciona muy bien.
Las toallas son muy feas y se ven viejas y la papelera del baño estaba rota. Cambiarlas puede ser una buena inversión para subir la experiencia del cliente.

We arrived after a long flight, so we were quite tired and very happy to receive such a friendly welcome and a clean room. The hotel has all the basics you need to be comfortable. Breakfast is good and fresh, with fruit, hot drinks, juice, and eggs prepared the way you like.
The location could have been better, but taxis are easy to get and affordable, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Walking to the city center is a bit far and may not feel very safe at night, but during the day it’s absolutely fine to walk around.
