Obiekt położony w centrum miasta. Blisko przystanek autobusowy i duży sklep spożywczy. Niedaleko do zabytkowej części Przemyśla. Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Bardzo dobry dobry kontakt z właścicielami.

Mieszkanie przestronne, wyposażone we wszystkie sprzęty. Na plus gra w piłkarzyki.
Obskurna kamienica, której elewacja i absolutnie zniechęca. Niby blisko do centrum,ale cała otoczka sprawia, że trudno czuć się w pobliżu bezpiecznie, zwłaszcza wieczorem. W środku dość ciemno, ze wzgledu na małą ilość światła od strony dziedzińca. Pan po odbiór kluczy był jeszcze przed godziną wymeldowania-może to budzić małą irytację.
