Luxury Disney Villa 5BR With Private Pool and Spa (4 Miles from Disney)

The fact the rental had everything we needed for a kitchen. We didn’t have to purchase any cookware only the food we cooked.

The ice maker on the fridge didn’t produce ice as it should have ( have like 12 pcs a day). The jacuzzi jets were not working either.

The host was flexible with the arrival time. There was plenty of room for my eight travelers. The home was clean.

The furniture was out dated; not luxurious as the title suggests. Many of the dining chairs were falling apart and were made of 70s velour fabric. The TVs were small and not smart TVs. They were connected to DVD players. The game room TV was missing so the consoles there were useless. The beds were soft but the linen was scratchy. The rooms were warm to the point we bought box fans to help circulate the air. The instructions said not to turn below 70, which we respected however the AC would automatically reset to 74 degrees after a short while. It was a Nest remotely controlled system. The washer sounded like an airplane taking off every time we did a load. The spa did not work because we did not pay the additional fee for a heated pool. Why would we want a heated pool in the middle of the summer? It was an OK place to crash after long days at the parks, but it was not luxury or overly comfortable.

The house was incredibly comfortable and well-organized. We stayed as three families, and the layout worked perfectly since every bedroom has its own private bathroom—which provided great privacy for everyone. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped with everything you could need. We also made great use of the laundry room (washer and dryer) and the game room. The pool is lovely, and the neighborhood itself is beautiful. Plus, the location is unbeatable, just a 15-minute drive from the Disney park gates.

Nothing to complain about; everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Location and spaciousness of this house was top notch! House was dated but very clean.

There were a couple areas of the house that were in need of maintenance/TLC updating but my main complaint was not being able to override the thermostat to reduce the heat setting. We were okay with the cool setting being at 72 but the night heat kicked on (January) and no matter how many times I reduced the setting, it kept returning to 74-76. (For a northerner, this was a little too warm for heat setting.)
