Agriturismo Biancarda

Zona molto tranquilla immersa nel verde.

Alloggio confortevole, ben arredato e ben attrezzato di tutto. Disponibilità e cordialità del personale con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare. Ci è stato anche proposto iil cambio della biancheria a metà settimana. Posizione molto tranquilla e panoramica. Buona climatizzazione anche senza l'utilizzo del climatizzatore. Piscina pulita.Volendo si possono effettuare dei percorsi a piedi o con la bicicletta anche se noi non ne abbiamo usufruito.

L'ultimo tratto di strada che, oltre ad essere stretto come il resto dello stradino che si stacca dalla strada principale, è anche pieno di buche, alcune profonde. E' quindi richiesta un'estrema attenzione nel percorrerlo onde evitare danni all'autovettura. Quindi lo sconsiglierei a chi ha difficoltà nelle strade strette e accidentate. Diciamo che chiudere almeno le buche più evidenti dell'ultimo tratto non sarebbe un intervento troppo oneroso.

The accommodation was beautiful, immaculately clean, with everything you could need for self catering. very comfortable beds and good showers. small but adequate pool - enough for swimming some lengths. plenty of chairs and sun loungers. 15 mins drive to sirolo. (would be 5 mins if it wasn't for the horrendous road leading to the property!)

We had a power cut from 8am - 2pm. At 10am I got a message to say they were planned works and we may be without power so to plan our day / charge our devices accordingly! would have been helpful to have had this information before hand. In the welcome book it says that a member of staff will explain how to use the washing machines (they are in a separate building). no-one showed us. They only work during certain hours of the day, which I found out when trying to put a wash on one evening. The one thing that would stop me returning is the road to the accommodation. it's barely passable in some parts with huge holes damaging the car. it would be in the best interests of the business to try to do some repairs.

Il soggiorno è gestito da un'azienda terza, che non è facile da contattare. All'arrivo l'appartamento era sporco, in special modo i bagni, ed è stata necessaria una ulteriore pulizia. Siamo stati un giorno su 3 senza acqua calda e con 2 neonati non è stato semplice. Per quest'ultimo problema mi sarei aspettato uno rimborso parziale oltre alle scuse, non è giustificabile far pagare prezzo intero senza acqua calda.
