La posizione è perfetta e la zona è molto tranquilla. A piedi si può raggiungere il centro/porto di Gavrio con market, bar, farmacia e ristoranti. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è molto pulito e in ordine, perfetto per noi che viaggiavamo con un bimbo di 2 anni (per il quale è stato previsto un lettino da campeggio su richiesta). A disposizione c'è davvero di tutto: forno, piastre a induzione, bollitore, moka, macchina caffè americano, tostapane, ma anche phon e lavatrice (che però non abbiamo utilizzato), asciugamani e lenzuola pulite, shampoo, sapone e tutto l'occorrente per tenere la casa pulita. La proprietaria Litsa è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci e ci ha fatto trovare acqua e caffè, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Nell'appartamento non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma con il vento di Andros non ne abbiamo sentita la mancanza. Ci sono anche le tapparelle alle finestre, che consentono di avere buio totale durante la notte. Parcheggio comodo adiacente alla struttura.
Wifi un po' debole e materasso un po' duro.
