About a 15 min walk to sea front in a quiet area. Comfy, light and airy. All utensils needed were provided. Plenty of them too. Tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper provided Separate den with a TV was great when the World Cup was playing!
Some dust in areas. Perhaps a couple more easy seats for garden. This is being picky though!

The house is stunning, very modern and great interior. It looks exactly like the pictures and is very well maintained. The house was well stocked including a ironing board and iron which we appreciated. Check in was smooth and the house is about a 15min walk to Broadstairs beach!
