Clean, organized , well-equipped, timely update by staff or owner.
None, just the pots/pans would probably need change due to scratched nonstick. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The home is cozy, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s close to everything. We hope to rent here again! Owner was very helpful and attentive.

The location was great! It was clean and comfortable. She had waters for us when we got there.
How many times I was told checkout time was at 11. I was texted and messaged through the app. We left early because I was texted the day and night before then twice the day of checkout. We checked out a few hours early because it felt like we needed to leave.

Location good, quiet neighborhood.
Would have liked more space or places to put your needed bathroom items.Very small sink and counter space,had to keep overnight items etc. outside of bathroom.
The large living room rug needed a rug mat under to keep from moving around and rolling up, could cause someone to trip on it.
Back yard needed some work, could use some better patio furniture.
