便利な立地、古いが清潔感あり、用意されたタオルも臭くなかった。
部屋に備え付けのソファーが汚かった。 水道の栓が閉まりづらい面があった

自炊するのにはお皿やフライパンなどがあり良かったと思う。タオルやバスタオルも置いてあって良かった。
寒かったで、スリッパが欲しかったです。

マンションの一室ですが値段も安く清潔でこれで十分
マンションの一室であるが故か、隣もしくは上下の部屋の騒音が少し気になるときがあった　夜中にいきなり掃除機をかけているような音が隣室もしくは上の部屋から聞こえた
