LaMiaCasa City Green 2 Balconies Private Parking

- The location was excellent for walkability. Cafes, bus stops, groceries, shops, public markets, the river, historical locations, and museums all within a 10 minute walk or less. The Hbf is less than a km away too! - Having a kitchen was great for keeping leftovers and for making breakfast before venturing out each day. - The unit was mostly clean, and stylishly appointed. - The beds were comfy, the lighting nice, and the spaciousness of the unit was a relief to return to after our outings. - We made great use of the balconies in the morning and evenings when the air was cooler.

- The description lists two bathrooms. In reality there is one bathroom. The toilet in that one bathroom is behind a separate door, but there is still just one toilet in the apartment. Now you know! - There was a some noise (exuberant conversations) from pedestrians walking home late at night, but we always travel with earplugs so it wasn't an issue for us. If you're traveling to a college town, bring earplugs! - Some of the ceramic decor was broken/cracked. - A bedside lamp in the room with two beds was visibly broken - the top of the lamp dangling by electrical wires. That was odd, so I unplugged it just to be safe. - The electronic entry of the door from outside into the building was unreliable for us (a note inside the apartment also stated this) so I made sure that I had the physical keys on me. This did, obviously, impact how much the three of us could come and go independently, since there was only one set of physical keys.

Clean and welcoming

Die Unterkunft ist riesig und geräumig! Sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet und alles lief sehr reibungslos. Es war komplett barrierefrei, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten, auch der Parkplatz ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt!

Wir haben keinerlei Kritit, nur ein paar Tipps. Gerade im Sommer wäre Fliegenschutz an den Fenstern sehr praktisch, da abends zum lüften und abkühlen sich alles eingeladen fühlt was fliegt 🤭 Gleichzeitig wären Kosmetiktücher im Badezimmer noch sehr praktisch. Aber das ist "jammern" auf hohem Niveau. Es war alles perfekt!

Alles bestens! Freundlicher Vermieter, hat bei digitalen Diensten geholfen.

Angeblich hätte ich die Information zur Schlüsselübergabe erhalten habensollen, i.e. per whats up. Hatte nur die Bestätigung von Booking mit der info, dass einchecken von 15:00 bis 0:00 möglich ist.
