Nice Place, but let firm by small things and COMPETE LACK of responses from the WELCOME TEAM, only system generated not
Nice location and pretty modern
There were quite a few small black flies in the bathroom. The microwave oven did not have a turntable,
Worst of all Welcome team promised to be available all the time , but NEVER answered or dealt with any of the messages we sent via BOOKING.COM
Newer towels instead of the threadbare ones provided would be nice

NOTHING. They should be taken off Booking.com and reported. Customer service is non existent.
My experience at Blue dream house was AWFUL. i would like my money back as I did no even et to STAY in it! Even before I got to check in (which was unsuccessful), though I had messaged them several times asking if the check in was going to be with a human being or with a door code, I got no human being answer other than an automatic message saying that 24 hours befor check in, that i would know It was already stressful because I was traveling alone with young children and a lot of suitcases with managing work calls and meetings and needed to plan. I then got a message sayign that in addition to prepaying for the lodgin for a week that I needed to pay upfront a deposit worth MORE than my one week stay as a deposit just in case anything broke. I would not receive any message on how to get in until I did that. I had t upload my ID card, make the payment etc and THEN I only received an automated message with an online booklet on the house. I went immediately ot the check in tab and in the check in tab it said that on the day I wuld receive via SMS (text) the door code. So I waited and by 5/6 pm which was when I planned to check in (not too late ahead of my boys shower and bed time), i did not receive it so I sent several messages on booking to get the door code but no answer. I then gave up when it was around 8ish pm and was time for my boys to eat. I did not have a place to stay so I was stressed and angry as I had to pay alot of money for the lodging and down payment and no human being answered. FINALLY when I did get a message, it was only an answer with photos only from clearly a Gen Z person that did not know how to communicate. I did not understand what the photos were showing. She then was super rude to me and never apologized for not answering my question about the door code. She eventually said after saying i did not know how to read, that it was bizarrely in another tab in the booklet. It was too late for me to try that night and I felt VERY unwelcome.

1. The fact they take a 500 euro deposit but do not reimburse it immediately . It has already been 7 days since I left the place tidy.
2. The appt is noisy . For example, people slam the doors.

Central to Marly old town
In old town. Easy walk to royal park and restaurants. Bright apartment. Shower worked well. Large fridge and good kitchen for a smallish apartment. Possible to park near the church just a few minutes away. Good smart tv.
Difficult to unload car as a narrow street, stopping almost blocked traffic but just possible if stopped carefully. Mould beside window in bedroom. Only 1 curtain on each (fairly wide) window. This was inadequate.

L'emplacement dans le centre ville de Marly, la disposition de l'appartement
appartement adapté pour une ou 2 personnes : la literie de la chambre est de bonne qualité, mais le canapé du salon n'est pas adapté pour un couchage adulte : les accoudoirs empêchent de pouvoir s'allonger entièrement, il faut dormir de travers (impossible à 2), et le support du canapé n'est pas confortable.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor Parijs met wat aandachtspunten
Goede locatie, dicht bij Parijs en Versailles. Met de trein ben je zo op la Défense en van daar met de metro overal in Parijs. Je hebt er wel een uurtje voor nodig maar voor ons was dat oké. Parkeren in de buurt is ook geen probleem en de bakker is kleine 10 minuten lopen.
Best onpersoonlijk, wat helaas steeds vaker voorkomt, maar dat is ok. Minder oké is dat er echt niks aanwezig is. Geen eerste vaatwastab of tenminste een flesje water (wat fijn zou zijn als je op een zon- of feestdag aankomt) en ook nauwelijks andere basisverzorging (Een stukje zeep, wat douchespul en weliswaar enkele cups voor de koffiemachine en wat thee. Niet dat het dramatisch is, maar je mist de aandacht voor de gast.
Bovendien had het schoner kunnen, mogen en moeten. De vaatdoeken en het beddengoed waren wel gewassen maar toch vol met vlekken en dus aan vervanging toe, er lag een gebruikt smerig doekje op de wastafel - waarschijnlijk nog van het schoonmaken..? De wastafel liep slecht door, waardoor het water bleef staan en best smerige randen achterliet.

L'appartement était propre et lumineux, placé à 10min à pied de la gare de Marly-le-Roi. La rue est très jolie et plutôt calme, L'appartement est bien équipé, et aussi joli. Bref, un endroit avec du cachet et un bon rapport qualité prix.
Bien aérer la salle de bain pour enlever l'humidité en trop.

Un petit appartement sympa dans un quartier très calme
Deuxième visite dans cet appartement bien situé compte tenu de mes activités.
Accès aisé via le boitier sécurisé, l'appart est propre, le coin cuisine très complet, des dosettes de café et des sachets de thé sont mis à disposition.
A notre arrivée, la table est dressée pour le repas
Charmante attention (occasion St Valentin) : des pétales de roses sur le lit.
La douche est assez spacieuse, un gel douche est présent.
Petit débarras avec planche à repasser
Le parking le plus proche est celui de l'église. Il n'est pas très éloigné à pieds mais si vous voulez vider votre voiture devant la porte de l'immeuble, il vous faudra bloquer la circulation car on se trouve dans un quartier avec des rues étroites
La connexion wifi laissait à désirer, d'ailleurs je n'ai pas pu accéder au réseau de l'appartement, j'ai dû me connecter sur un réseau ouvert et non sécurisé.
Le divan n'est pas des plus confortables
La salle de bain est assez exigüe, les toilettes sont dans un petit coin où l'on se sent à l'étroit.
Une petite étagère avec 4 cintres pour y suspendre vos affaires, c'est un peu "juste" pour 2 personnes.
L'ajout d'un rouleau d'essuie tout dans la cuisine serait très appréciable

Proche de St Germain en Laye. Versailles. Un immense parc à Marly le Roi. De très belles balades !
Emplacement à environ 10 minutes de la gare de Marly. Notre Hôte Shana à toujours été à nos côtés pour des conseils. Nous l'avons très apprécié. Les responsables de Welcom GUEST ont été très à l'écoute. L'appartement était conforme à nos attentes, aux descriptifs.
Manque une petite table de nuit ! au moins d'un côté.

Le canapé-lit n’est vraiment pas confortable et il est nécessaire de traverser la chambre pour accéder aux toilettes.
