I have photos/videos of everything I said here. If you want those, respond to this comment. 1. The premises is on sea shore, which is good, no doubt. But it is one of probably 10 such hotels, so not really an "exclusive" feature. Moreover, lack of barriers between beach and premises (even laying some soil/tiles) means sand is all over the area. As a result, I had to park on the very narrow main road. Called owner for clarification, she got angry and said there is lots of parking. When I offered to video call her so she can guide me as to where to park, she changed her words and said she can arrange paid parking. Said parking spot is literally a shed on the road side, which is anyway approximately half a kilometre away from the premises. 2. Wifi is mentioned as a facility on the website, but none of the rooms even had a router. When asked owner she got angry. First said "How can you say this? It is common system from canteen" When I explained I know how routers work, and no router has a range over 50-60 metres, she changed her words and said "Tower issue what can I do" 3. Both rooms (one for myself and wife, one for parents) had geyser. But only the geyser in my room had wiring. Thankfully we could switch rooms, no issue there. But what if it was just one elderly couple? 4. Even cheapest Oyo rooms offer 1-2 water bottles, soap/handwash and a towel with the room. Moreover, most hotels have complimentary breakfast; I am not saying a five-course meal, but at least give some bread-jam/idli-wada/tea-coffee, right? On the other hand, here I had to pay Rs 30 for each water bottle, had to ask for handwash (which was literally one sqirt of liquid soap in half a bottle of water) and Rs 40 for tea (no coffee available at all) in a cup that was smaller in size than my wife's sunglasses. When I asked owner about this, she dismissed it saying "We are giving so many facilities. Why are you being cheap" I paid Rs 17,000 for a two-night stay. Is this too much to ask? Overall, it was a harrowing experience. I can handle the sand. I can handle the lazy staff and language barrier with them. I can even handle the overpriced tea and water bottles. But what I can't handle is the atrocious facilities, and rude, abusive behaviour from the owner

They should mention that no breakfast is available and no food to be ordered after 3 pm. Directly u have to order dinner. We reached at 3.30 pm.. Nothing was available. We booked for sea view suite but was earlier given room with no view. Later we complaint to agoda then some better room was provided . Thanks to Agoda for timely assistance.
