I had a brief stay and the accommodations were exactly as described. I truly can appreciate Garrett providing detailed instruction on how to access the property. I was quite comfortable with my stay. I will say the bedroom is on the side of the building which has a busy street. So the noise from that street was a little distracting at night. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Pros:- The location was really good for our needs and there were stores/coffee nearby.- The WiFi was good enough to stream TV and work. The smart TV was large and worked well. - The unit was fairly well stocked with dishes, utensils, bathroom supplies, etc. Lots of clean sheets, towels, pillows, and an air mattress. The place was well cleaned when we arrived. - The fitness room on site was nice and clean. They have multiple cardio and strength machines, free weights, and a small spin studio with a yoga mat and resistance bands.- They use a trash valet system, so you can just put full trash bags outside the door. While it’s cool to not have to take trash down to the dumpsters, it also means there is usually trash in the closed hallway leading to the unit. Cons:- The unit was not very well-insulated and we could hear our neighbors and things happening outside pretty clearly. - The complex appears to still be under construction, so there was scaffolding on the building and quite a bit of maintenance/ construction activity outside.- Poor construction: door between bedroom and bathroom did not fully close and the patio door was really hard to close and lock. - The vertical blinds on the living room door were missing multiple slats at one end, so there was no way to block light at night or have full privacy during the day. - The host was not super easy to communicate with or responsive. We had issues with getting help while there, and following check out.
