Casa Jo is nestled in the heart of an olive grove and lush local vegetation, with beautiful flowers, fruit trees, and pine trees that create an enchanting atmosphere, making the setting a true oasis of tranquility.
The entire property is fully fenced and divided into several areas:
One area is dedicated exclusively to Casa Jo, one is entirely dedicated to Casa Lory, and there are two common areas.
The common areas feature: a stunning swimming pool with crystal-clear water and an outdoor shower, and a spacious sunbathing area equipped with lounge chairs and towels.
Additionally, nestled within the olive grove, there is a wide, well-maintained jogging trail, ideal for those who enjoy outdoor exercise.
The area reserved exclusively for Casa Jo consists of a large green space in front of the house, where you’ll find: a dining table under a gazebo, a spacious lawn equipped with a barbecue for preparing delicious meals, a cozy sitting area, and a hammock perfect for relaxing.
The property also features a large private parking area.
Living Room
From the outdoor staircase, you can reach the entrance to Casa Jo, where you’ll find the cozy and bright living room, featuring traditional Sicilian furnishings made from reclaimed materials.
The living room features: a comfortable dining table, a wall-mounted HD TV, a charming sofa, two large windows, and a bright French door.
The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a sink, a washing machine, a capsule espresso machine, a microwave, and a kettle.
Sleeping Area
From the living room, you have direct access to the sleeping area, which consists of three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The first double bedroom features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a spacious closet for storing your clothes, and a comfortable armchair.
The second spacious and bright double bedroom, decorated in soft shades of green, features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a large closet for storing your clothes, and two comfortable armchairs.
The third double bedroom, decorated in warm shades of yellow, features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a clothes rack, and a bright window.
