--Low ceilings/headers in some areas of the main house – taller guests, please watch your head.
--🚭 No smoking inside or within 50 feet (violations = $300 cleaning fee)

--Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
--Check-Out: 10:00 AM
--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! 🕚

overall the place was great and clean! only a few things you should be aware of, there’s a train near by and it is loud! walls of this place are very thin! you also share the yard with another unit and they are in a residential neighborhood so not a lot of privacy! one small stain on the sheet in the master bedroom, overall very clean lots of dishes, good size bedrooms and perfect parking right out front!

We had a wonderful stay at Oak st abode ! It was clean , well stocked , and a great amount of space for our family ! We were within walking distance to a playground as well as two other local restaurants. The rental agency was very kind and responsive. We will stay again !
