Thoughtfully furnished and well-equipped for short visits and extended stays, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath North Dallas home works especially well for families, relocations, work assignments, coworkers, and guests who appreciate having extra space and independence under one roof.
The layout is what sets this home apart. Two connected levels each have their own exterior entrance, living area, dedicated workspace, thermostat, and full-size laundry.
Both levels are included in every reservation, connect inside the home, and are never rented separately.

Downstairs:
• Second living room with 65" Roku TV
• Two queen bedrooms, each with Roku TV
• Dedicated workspace
• Basic kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee setup, dishes, and sink
• Separate washer and dryer
• Covered patio
• Separate exterior entrance
This setup gives families, coworkers, and longer-stay guests flexibility to work, relax, sleep, or come and go on different schedules without giving up the convenience of staying together in one home.
