Want to stay in a spacious, updated, relaxing condo with views of the Smoky Mountains and have all the amenities? Then, this condo is sure to please! Enjoy The Splendor at the Pines in this condo with plenty of room that is sure to please with it's great sense of style! You'll be invited to relax in this 2 king bedroom 2 bath condo just a block from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. You'll enjoy all the amenities this splendid property has to offer.
Our living room is tastefully decorated and features gorgeous vinyl plank. Unwind at the end of the day in front of our large flat screen cable tv. Cuddle up in front of the gas fireplace on those cool mountain nights. The sofa also includes a queen sleeper, for extra sleeping capacity. You'll find plenty of seating between the sofa, loveseat and recliner for your family gathering.
Be sure to relax on the 4th floor balcony in one of our rocking chairs or share a meal at our patio table while taking in the views of The Great Smoky Mountains.
Our kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware, and small appliances for those homecooked meals. We have a Regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig to help you get get ready for the day.. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table.
The spacious master suite has a king size bed, and flat screen cable tv. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a separate sink and dressing area and has been updated with granite.
The second bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen cable tv. The second bathroom also features a tub/shower combo and updated granite vanity.
Enjoy the mountain views from the large 3rd floor balcony. Make sure to take it all in while eating your favorite meal or snack at the patio table.
The resort has lots of amenities for you. You'll find a heated indoor pool and hot tub that are open year around. The outdoor pool and lazy river are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day to help cool you off. There is also a workout room for those motivated folks.
The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your needs. All bedding, towels, and a starter supply of soap and paper products are included.
2 parking passes is also included with your stay for the main parking lot. Overflow parking is available for more vehicles or trailers.

The property was exactly as described. It was close to the venue we needed and while we did have a rather large issue on the property, maintenance was there within the hour and helped us with what to do the remainder of our stay. We would absolutely stay again.

I let my daughters (18 and 7) choose where they would like to stay for a vacation to Pigeon Forge. When we browsed availabilities, this condo jumped out to them as feeling "homey" and a place they would WANT to stay. I agreed and quickly booked, as it was already booked prior to and right after our dates. The process to book was very easy, and Kerri contacted me immediately through email and text to confirm and make sure I had everything we would need for our stay.
When we arrived at the condo, everything was nice and clean. Most importantly, it looked exactly as the listing showed. The rooms are spacious, and the view of the balcony had us spending more time out there than we planned.
The location is great and has easy access to everything. It is also far enough off the main road that you do not get much noise from it. There is so much to do in the area within walking distance or a short drive. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the pools/lazy river on the property after long days out and about. Other guest enjoyed them as well but were never crowded during our stay. Parking was also plentiful during our stay, and our spaces were nicely sized for the number of SUVs and trucks.
We made a wonderful choice to stay here and have already recommended it to family and friends. If we find ourselves back in the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Kerri and the Dream in the Smokies team, for your hospitality and helping to make our trip memorable!
