I had a similar experience as the last guest. It was clean, but several personal items were left: money, beer, toiletries, earrings.
The bed needs replacing and while the doors were going to be replaced they hadnt been. Both either were askew due to someone breaking them or from uses. It didnt make me feel safe.
While the scents provided were a nice touch and the supplies available to the space it didnt equal out.
In my opinion the couch was more comfortable than the bed.
I did inform the host of some of these issues.

The property is in a neighborhood with no nearby restaurants etc. I ordered a pizza that was delivered by Door Dash. The place is nice enough but if you don't have a car you might want to stay somewhere else.
