NO PARTIES: Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the property with no refund. Small gatherings may be permitted only with prior approval from the host.
Checkout Instructions: Please follow all checkout instructions carefully. Your cooperation helps us prepare the home properly for our next guests and maintain a positive hosting experience.
Air Conditioning: Whenever you leave the property, please raise the A/C to 74°F. Do not lower the A/C below 70°F, as this can cause the system to freeze and stop working.
Parking: DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. There are underground sprinklers that can be damaged. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused. Please park only in the driveway or along the street in front of the home.
NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside by the canal or in front of the property. Smoking inside may result in a $500+ charge for professional smoke and odor removal and any related damages.
Please Respect Our Home: This is a beautiful home that we take great pride in. Please treat the property and its furnishings with care to avoid any additional damage charges.

The home feels welcoming and full of character as the eclectic taste was loved and appreciated. The home was well equipped with everything you would need, from the welcoming treats to the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and refreshing pool for evening swims. Sarah is quick to respond, and when she states “everything is provided, just bring personal items” believe her. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, I had no concerns walking my dog at nighttime and was a perfect base for exploring up north to Deerfield beach to as far south as the keys. Sarah goes above and beyond for her guests and I highly recommend this lovely home. I will definitely stay at this property again if I’m in the area.

Sarah was a great host who checked on us both before and towards the end of our stay. She was very responsive to questions. The property is wonderfully decorated, clean and centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Great stay for families and/or groups. Would stay here again!
