Welcome to Bayou Serenity Apartment, a tranquil one-bedroom guest house tucked behind a charming bungalow in Houston’s Second Ward. This thoughtfully designed space offers a peaceful retreat with modern comfort, just minutes from downtown, the University of Houston, and major highways.
Set in a diverse, working-class neighborhood that’s growing and evolving, the apartment offers a secure, community-oriented feel. Friendly neighbors and a kind on-site owner help create a warm, welcoming vibe that makes guests feel right at home.
🏡 Arrival & Entry
Enter through the front yard in the pedestrian gate (not the driveway gate which is not available for guests) and follow the path to the private entrance of this upper-level unit.
Keypad entry makes check-in seamless.
The yard is shared with the downstairs tenant and the owner, who is always nearby and happy to help if needed.
