The space
Our Luxury Condo Getaway is nestled on the ridgeline in a picturesque area of Wintergreen Resort. This spacious open-style condo has 1750 sq. ft. of living space, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably, and includes a wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), washer & dryer, family-friendly features, a balcony and amazing views. The view looks east, so you will get a phenomenal snapshot of sunrise.
Our prime location just one mile from the main Wintergreen resort offers convenient access to a wide range of outdoor activities, including numerous hiking trails, top-notch golf courses, fishing lakes, and a refreshing swimming pool that is available in the summer between Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
For those seeking a taste of local indulgence, breweries, cideries, wineries, and orchards are just a short distance away.

*Second bedroom with king bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo
*Third bedroom has bunk beds (bottom is full size, top is twin size, one pack/play located here)

*Laundry in hallway closet
Upper Level:
*Primary bedroom with cable TV/Firestick
*Dedicated work space with a desk and chair
*Walk-in closet (one pack/play located here)
*Bathroom with shower with dual vanity
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (toaster, cookware) to make delicious meals for your family. For coffee lovers, we provide a drip coffee machine, while there is an electric kettle for tea drinkers. Salt & pepper and other spices are available for use.
We also provide sheets, blankets, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. Think of these amenities as a “starter kit.” We HIGHLY recommend that you bring additional items that are appropriate for your stay duration and that meet your personal preference.
We have an infant and have some basic provisions for families: two pack/plays, booster seat, outlet covers, stepping stool, etc. There is one bathroom with a tub appropriate for bathing infants/toddlers. If you have questions about any of these, we are happy to provide more details.
Please note that daily housekeeping service is not provided, allowing you complete privacy during your stay.
For Wintergreen members, our condo is a short walk to Devils’ Knob and the tennis courts. We are only a short drive away from the spa/fitness center/indoor pool, the main resort/skiing and one of the outdoor pools (open in the summer). Also located nearby is the Nature Center.
We are excited to share our home away from home with others. This condo is perfect for those looking to be close to the resort amenities but only a short drive from the great outdoors and other amenities of Nelson County and beyond. We will provide more information about local restaurants and activities with guests after booking.
Guest access
A door code will be sent to your phone 48 hours prior to checking in.
You will get the entire condo to yourself.
You can park right in front of the condo (max 2 vehicles – no RVs, campers or trailers). There are not assigned spots.
The roads are paved, narrow, windy, and with some inclines.
In winter, a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
Other things to note
Check in: Any time after 3pm EST.
Check out: 11am EST.
No late check-outs or early check-ins.
If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per.
Unfortunately, we do NOT allow pets, smoking or parties.
All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed).
Please check Wintergreen’s amenities. Some require membership, others do not.

This is a beautiful property that worked great for our family! Host was super responsive when there was an issue with the internet and got a technician right out. The views are absolutely gorgeous and the sunrise was beautiful!Great kocation

This place has the most amazing view. We loved it so much. We stayed there with my young children, age 2 and 4. I loved that there were tiny touches all around the house for kids- a few toys, step stool, kids silverware, booster seats for table, bumbo seat, and black out blinds for sleeping. We did have some issues with keeping the tv connected to the wifi but the weather was pretty snowy while we were there so it may have had something to do with it. It turned out to be great because we could be more present and play board games and do puzzles. The only "con" for me that I didn't realize from the listing is that the master bedroom with the red bed spread is not closed off. It is open and overlooks the living room. I turned in early but could hear the chatter in the living room/tv because it wasn't closed off. Not a huge deal but something to note. The communication was super fast with the host which I appreciated. Parking was also great. We would definitely stay here again!
