Welcome to my home!
Tastefully decorated, this lovely 87m2 house is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows. The area has a warm ambiance and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.
There is a dining area with a table for six people and a kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washer and a dryer are also available if you wish to do the laundry. It has access to a lovely outdoor area with chairs to enjoy the fresh air.
There are three bedrooms. The first is an ensuite with a UK king bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is also a pleasant room with a UK queen bed and a sofa bed; the last bedroom has a UK single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Very large house that feels brand new on the inside. Very clean and exactly what we expected. Great location and hosts were great from a communication stand point.

Great place & lovely area.We needed black out shades/ or drapes in the 3rd bedroom.Recommend property manager have all remote shades & batteries for remotes ready for guests.Everything was great except the above… if it’s sorted out we will stay here again!Thanks

The house was spacious and well kept, with lots of room, in a nice community about 20 minutes by taxi from the center of Dublin. However the information and communication from the property managers was dreadful. The only item in the property manual was the WiFi password. Irish doors have an unusual locking system and we didn’t know that. Repeated emails with the managers, in which the requested several videos took over 6 hours. All they had to say was lift the door handle and then turn the key. Also the house was freezing cold when we arrived. Adjusting the thermostat made no difference. Again many emails and they sent a video. Bottom line, the thermostat doesn’t control the heat rather the radiators in the rooms. Again many hours. The shades are all controlled with a remote which was not provided. There was an unsafe broken chair in the dining area and one of the kitchen lights didn’t work. Small details but make a difference. Once we got over the hump we liked being in Sandymount. Found nice places to eat and shop. And we did appreciate the spaciousness of the house.
