About this house rental
This is a lovely 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath townhouse right outside of DC! Its boho decor gives off zen vibes while making you feel like you’re on vacation. This 3 level home features 2 living rooms, a separate dining space and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the third level along with a front loading W/D. There’s a half bath on the main level and another full bath on the first level. There is a deck off the second level living room with views into lush green foliage where you can enjoy a cup of coffee (or wine) in peace. This home is an end unit on a cul de sac making it very private. It’s about a mile to the METRORAIL blue line making DC and surrounding areas quite accessible. It is centrally located and easily accessible to the DC area to Baltimore. This tucked away oasis is the perfect place to come home to after a long day. Videos available upon request. No Pets.

Karen is the most accommodating and attentive host! She was so quick to answer any questions I had (this area decided to make winter more interesting!!) Karen had her driveway shoveled for us to move in, and the ice and compacted snow were no joke! Her place is literally a beautiful oasis. The pictures don’t do it justice! It is a quiet neighborhood so close to DC and the last stop on the Metro blue line is less than 5 mins away! Her beds were so comfy and everything was made to please. And her kitchen!!!!!The living spaces have 2 huge TVs and the sofas are incredibly comfortable!! Washer and dryer are new and so thankful for great ones she had. My son and I had to stay for almost 2 months and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. I CANNOT wait to come back and go to some Nats game (the stadium is close to her home as well!) I am eternally grateful for her sharing her amazing home and being the epitome of a perfect host. There are lots of fast food places, restaurants, and grocery stores close. There’s a library less than a block away. Because you can catch 495/95 about a mile away from her house it is excellent for going sightseeing in DC. I highly recommend this VRBO and would give more stars if I could!

Absolutely Perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Our host went above and beyond to insure that our stay went well.Location, location, location! Very nice, friendly neighborhood, still close to several stores, resturants and the Metro. The library was only a block away and a nice green space in the back. We spent several weeks there and even extended our stay as needed. Our host was very understanding and flexable. I would hope this rental is available should we return to the area in the future.Thank you!
