Backwater Jack's offers Five Brand New, 5 bedroom 4.5 bath homes for your next vacation. Located a stone's throw from the Lake's most popular Restaurant/Bar with live entertainment Thurs-Sun Memorial Day through Labor Day. Enjoy the balcony of the new completely furnished 3 story home getaway to experience the vibe from the live music. Or take a 30 second walk to the World's first Five-Tier Pool Bar called "Level Five" Opening soon. Modern amenities and huge windows for an excellent lake view.
The Space:
This home is a gorgeous custom home that boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms equipped with everything you need for your stay. Entering in on the second floor, you'll have access to all three levels of the home. Custom built-in, tall ceilings, spacious bedrooms, gorgeous views from the moment you enter and amenities for the most discerning guest.
Living Space: The main floor living room has cozy couches, large flatscreen TV, and a great environment to hang out. Just outside each living room are patio area's with seating to enjoy the elevated views of the evening sunset and meandering boats. The bottom floor has a spacious laundry room with a new commercial washer and dryer, closet space, a laundry sink and cleaning essentials if needed.
Kitchen: Our spacious upscale kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, a gas stove with hood and both drip and Keurig coffee makers, tea kettle, and French press. Included are starter K Cups, tea, hot cocoa, decaf, ground coffee, filters, and tea bags. The large dining area flows from the kitchen to share in the expansive main channel views.
Master Suite: Our master suite is located on the top floor. You will find a modern King bed, walk-in closet, shower, beautiful cabinetry with generous storage, amazing views, and your own private walkout.
Main floor: Just past the kitchenette and living room you will find our second and third bedroom with queen beds and some of the best views of the cove and Backwater Jacks.
Ground Floor: We have a two more bedrooms outfitted with queen beds, spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen, walkout patio to all the amenities.
Outside: We have a private seating area with a fire pit table and many amenities coming soon like a hot tub, lounge swing chairs, gazebos, and more.
Our Check-In is 4pm and Check-Out is 10am unless otherwise arranged. You will receive detailed information about this property when you make your reservation and will get your specific access codes the day before you arrive.
Our home is smoke free, no pets, and the minimum age to reserve is 21.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all areas of the property including: the three floors of the home, patios and backyard.
Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 years or older to rent, no exceptions.
We supply bath towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, dish soap and laundry detergent.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind.

Communication with the hosts was great from the start. Check in process was simple. The house was clean and had what we needed. Location was great as well. The hosts checked in and were readily available if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is great! Backwater Jacks is incredibly close so there is always something to do. The property is clean but a few things were broken from previous people and had not been fixed. (Patio door handle was broke, one of the box springs was broken in the middle so the bed sagged a lot while sleeping).Overall it was a great stay for our occasion. The hosts were great at communicating for the check in/ check out process as well.
