Property located in the north of the island of São Miguel in the picturesque parish of Capelas.
The location 10 minutes from Ponta Delgada, 4 min. from the Poços de São Vicente bathing area and 10 min. from the Batalha golf course give this villa a privileged location.
The main house consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds or 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (one of the living rooms can be transformed into a bedroom) and 2 kitchens.
Enjoy the outdoor backyard area with barbecue, garden and parking and sea views of the north coast

My dad was born on Sao Miguel, so we wanted to see where he came from. My parents, children ( teens) and I stayed at this house. The house has a great location as it is close to the airport and easy to get to and from other parts of the island. It was on a busy road, so there was some traffic noise in the bedrooms that were on the road. This was not a problem for us, but may be for those who are light sleepers. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size and we had plenty of space to spread out. Our host was responsive and was able to handle an issue quickly that we had. Unfortunately there was one area of the house we could not use because of the above issue, but we still had plenty of room. For those traveling from the United States-this is a European house. You have to have realistic expectations, because life is just different. There is no AC, no screens on the windows and sliders, there is some dampness associated with being close to the water etc. We went in knowing this so it did not impact our stay whatsoever! Overall, the house worked for us, and maybe for your family too.
