Great house! Enjoyed all the living space inside and out. Was great to have access to tubes, kayaks and SUPs. It’s very steep to the dock, but the handrails are helpful. A nice lake cabin!

Overall the house, location and trip was great. The house was as advertised and very clean when we arrived. The kayaks, paddle boards, dock and outdoor amenities were great. House was very clean, pool table, ping pong were fun and beds were comfortable. Stairs to the dock are a lot and steep so be aware. Debra was easy to contact and replied quickly, however her having to reach out to the owner and their response time was a bit disappointing-however Debra made sure to make things right in light of that.Very nice house to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday with our family and her friend.

My family and I stayed for about a week and the kids would have stayed forever if they could. The property is in a quiet inlet on the lake. The house itself was nice. We cooked and grilled at the property and had everything we needed for meals. The host was great, very responsive and kind when we reached out. The dock was a favorite spot to sit with our feet in the lake, swim and take out the kayaks. We had a wonderful time and have tons of memories!

The property is a great lakefront location but suffers from a lack of maintenance and cleanliness. The pros: the beds were great with clean linens and nice pillows. The towels were clean and fluffy. It has new appliances and a nice sectional that fits everyone. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards.
The cons:
*This property was not clean when we arrived. There was food garbage and crumbs on the carpet in the basement, a pair of dirty socks, used towels on the back of the door. There was bacon grease and other food smeared on the stove and microwave. We spent a good part of the check-in night cleaning.
*The baseboard heaters seemed to be on the entire stay, not sure why. The air conditioning units were covered in thick dust and everyone was sneezing. There were thick cobwebs on window sills, above cabinets and in the corners.
*The listed fourth bedroom is not a legal bedroom and has no fire exit. My kids slept on a pull out couch in the loft instead.
*Dock access is not shown in the listing and is a sort of make-shift ladder. Would be difficult for young children to get down. The dock was missing a board and had a lot of lifted nails.
*There was a lot of garbage on the back side of the property.
*The photos on the listing are old. There were a ton of broken lights outside, there weren't cushions to use all of the wicker furniture, and there were no hammocks.
*Most pool cues and ping pong paddles were broken. This property either isn't maintained or had a rough season.
