Escape the daily grind at this unique and relaxing retreat. At Casa Atlántico, you can enjoy the northern coast of Gran Canaria while gazing out at the ocean and surrounded by banana plantations that blanket the rugged terrain.
This cozy, newly renovated duplex will be your home away from home. Its comfort and functionality ensure a pleasant rest after exploring the surrounding nature and the area’s cultural, sporting, and culinary offerings.
This duplex-style apartment is located on the top two floors of a building right on the waterfront.
Access is from the first floor, which spans 25 square meters and consists of a hallway and a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), a nightstand, a closet, a dresser, and an en-suite bathroom.
Going up a flight of stairs, we reach the upper floor. The living area measures 65 square meters, and the adjoining terrace measures 30 square meters. It consists of a double bedroom with a 1.50 x 2-meter double bed, two nightstands, a pouf, and a closet. There is a full bathroom with a shower. Open kitchen with a ceramic-glass cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and small appliances, as well as all necessary kitchenware. Dining area that seats 4 people and a living room with an armchair, ottoman, floor lamp, and TV with internet connection (fiber-optic up to 1 Gb symmetrical).
The terrace has outdoor chairs for 4 people, a side table, two lounge chairs, a garden hose, and a cabinet with a washing machine.
The complex has a swimming pool, which is currently undergoing renovations and is not available for use.
Upon request, guests may use the storage room to store sports equipment or other belongings; however, the owner is not liable for any damage or loss.

Exactly what you see in the photos. Amazing view. Has everything you need for your stay. We were presented with some local sweets at our arrival, that gave us the extra feeling of warmth. We had a situation with a water leak but the owner immediately reacted and took care of it (despite being weekend). Very good wifi connection (alowed working remotely without any issue) It's located right next to a small unguarded beach (with sand and rock) with surfers all the time, so although it doesn't have an official lifeguard there's always someone in the water. Parking is outside, don't mix it with the empty lot next to the building (we made that mistake and neighbors were a bit unpleasant). Overall it was a very good choice.
