As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Great modern home, well stocked. The home is not huge, but with 2 living areas, a screened in porch and a large kitchen, we had plenty of room to stretch out.Although on a main road, the house was set back and felt totally private. The location was incredibly convenient, with quick drives to Great Barrington, Stockbridge and Lennox, as well as Norman Rockwell Museum, Botanical Gardens, Chesterwood, Tanglewood. Berkshire Mt Bakery and the Common are terrific and just 2 minutes away.A few minor things could be improved - shower could use an adjustable head so you don't have to stand in the drain depression, some cookware is ready for an upgrade. But very minor. Would stay again.

Overall a nice property that was as it was listed. The kitchen was well stocked and the open space and windows were really nice. It felt very private. The bed in the master was very comfortable and the air conditioning kept the place nice and cool. My only feedback is that the outside needs some attention. Perhaps we were the first visitors this summer.
