A very cute coachhouse, well-appointed. Small issues with heat and upstairs shower controls, but not enough to lower rating. Excellent location. There is no “living room”, again, not a big deal, but the only hang out space is the kitchen, which could benefit from some comfortable seating. Well done - would definitely stay there again…

5 stars all around. If we ever plan on visiting again we will probably book here. Close to convenience stores as well as restaurants. 5-10 minute drive to DC. Very safe neighborhood.

Exactly as advertised, very nice, much bigger then I expected. Refreshing to have a host that did not have a mile long list of rules and things to be done at checkout.
