Located on the fifth floor, Penthouse 5PH3 is a cherished retreat for our family, recently decorated to enhance its elegance and comfort. Unlike most units, ours boasts panoramic 180° views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the bay, visible through breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows and a private oversized balcony—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. 5PH3 is a unique penthouse located in the amenities building at Diamond Beach. Located close to the main elevators, 5PH3 has one of the shortest walks to the lazy river, pools, beach access, movie theater, fitness center, spa, and more!

I have 3 sisters & we range in age from 58 to 64 yrs. The 4 of us spent 4 nights & 5 days in Penthouse 5ph3 & it was, hands down, THE best place we've ever stayed, including suites on high end cruise ships. As far as cleanliness, & every possible amenity one could think of, the condo was perfection. The owner couldn't have been any nicer or accommodating. The staff from concierge to poolside to maintenance to bartenders were beyond courteous & helpful. Fellow guests were even awesome; how many resorts can ya say that about?!? None of us have ever seen a more elegant or well maintained pool + lazy river + hot tubs, including the poolside chairs, tables & umbrellas. Parking was completely safe & easy. The private beach access was amazing, literally only steps from the pool area to ocean side. A convenience store is located directly across the street, less than a 5 minute walk from the condos, & sells everything from ice to souvenirs to groceries - very convenient! We adored the extremely private, very tranquil & well decorated condo balcony overlooking the beach. We got great sunrise & sunset photos! This was an A+ experience from start to finish.

Our stay was over Memorial Day weekend. The penthouse was beautiful and well appointed. We stayed off the beach because it was overwhelmed with seaweed. No big deal because the pool and lazy River were wonderful. The only other amenity we took part in was the game room and it was a blast! We use VRBO a lot and I must say, Aaron’s communication and availability to resolve issues was best seen to date. We would definitely stay here again.
