The house was very clean and had all things that you might need for the kitchen and even a few toys for kids. But the listing said AC... there is no AC.... only heater which is useless in summer. Also the stairs inside the home are very steep. Family area is on the second floor and bathroom on the 1st or 3rd floor, so if you have q hard time with stairs i don't recommend. Also why is he nightly price so deceiving.... it is listed at one price and then with fees from the site plus the manager it more than triples. Then after paying all the fees from the property manager they still ask you to basically clean the place before you leave. Great pool on site. Close to beach.... but car... walking is a bit much with a family. Wouldn't stay here again, I chose this home because of the location and AC.... and without the AC is not worth it for me.
