Property built on a plot of land with an area of 1 hectare 400, it has 1280 m/2 of living space as well as 1600 m/2 of terraces and solariums all oriented towards the mountains of Ĺ ATLAS. This sumptuous residence is less than 35 minutes from MENARA airport and about 20 minutes from the Mamounia hotel. LIOŃS PALACE has an entrance porch with an equipped kitchen, with a bedroom and its bathroom, of course an automatic barrier as well as a gate, video surveillance and a caretaker secures the Property.
