This luxury 2-bedroom Trailhead Condo is an ideal location for your next Suncadia adventure! Beautiful views of both the private shared pool, outdoor fire pit and golf course - or during the winter, sit on the large furnished, outdoor covered deck and watch the kid’s sled! Prime resort location just minutes from the restaurant, coffee shop, spa, and golf. You really could not ask for a better location!
The Space:
The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with radiant floor heating. Here you will find a deep soaking tub, walk in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom features a queen bed, large full bathroom and two bunks tucked into the hallway that the kids will love! In the main living area is a cozy gas fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa for any extra guests.
Cook your own meals in the well-appointed, full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample utensils and plenty of space at the dining table, breakfast bar, or deck- great for entertaining and taking in the amazing views.
The Trailhead Building condos of the Suncadia Resort have access to a seasonal, shared outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor fire pit and BBQs for grilling. The beautiful, landscaped lawn is great for outdoor games.

*Portals Restaurant is within walking distance and 56 Degrees Lounge in the main Lodge at Suncadia. The Stovehouse restaurant and Swiftwater Cellars are also nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with charming winter-themed decor that made the space feel extra special. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the tableware, glassware, and utensils we needed.The forest view from the patio and windows was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The location is perfect — literally a 3-minute walk to the tubing hill, which made everything so convenient.Our 5-year-old son was absolutely thrilled with the bunk bed and climbed up and down nonstop — it was definitely a highlight of the trip for him!Communication with the host was easy and fast, which made the entire experience even smoother. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to families and anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located getaway.

The condo was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed. We did find that the beds were not very comfortable and the pillows definitely need replacing. We would love to come again but we would check to see if sleeping conditions have been improved.

It was a really comfortable condo for our family of 4. It is super close to the main sledding area which worked perfectly for us. It was very clean and quiet because it is further from the elevator bank. We’d love to go back!
