Fully fenced-in flat 2 acres in Greenwich. Renovated 1900 farmhouse with stand-alone barn with gym (Peleton, rowing machine and weights). Sleeps 8+ so great for families.
Recently renovated kitchen, master bed and master bathroom, family room and more. Large kitchen table, seats 12, for dinner or entertaining.
The outdoor features a fully fenced in flat yard, and automatic gate for exit/entry, for privacy and safety. Awesome property for dogs as they can roam freely.

- Road biking: The back roads of Greenwich offers hilly, traffic-light free biking.
- 3 miles to the Capital Theatre in Portchester.
- Shopping: Greenwich Avenue is 10 minutes away.
