Set on the ground floor, the open-plan studio accommodates up to two guests. A king-size bed sits in the raised sleeping area, reached by a short flight of internal steps. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower.
**A note for guests: The property has recently undergone a number of improvements, with all previously reported maintenance issues now resolved. Some older reviews may relate to stays before these works were completed.***
The layout gives each part of the studio its own purpose. Settle into the living area after a day out, work at the desk beside the window, or enjoy a meal at the dining space by the kitchen. Soft neutral tones create a calm backdrop, while a vivid orange armchair, colourful cushions and deep blue kitchen cabinetry give the home its distinctive style. Marylebone train and Underground station is approximately three hundred metres away, offering the Bakerloo line and Chiltern Railways services. Baker Street, approximately six hundred metres away, adds the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines alongside the Bakerloo, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
