This magnificent 6 bedroom villa is beautifully designed and furnished for a perfect vacation. The villa has a high capacity and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The villa is located on the outskirts of a small Istrian village, in a tranquil setting which provides the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. This, combined with the exclusive furnishings including designer furniture, guarantees the comfort of this luxury residence. The details are second to none, always striving to evoke new charms and feelings in guests. The villa offers all the necessary amenities and much more. You can simply enjoy the Istrian sun by the pool, or try out the activities the villa offers.
Note: The villa was renovated in 2022/2023 and a balcony on the second floor was converted into a bedroom. New photos will be posted on the site soon and the villa is advertised for 14 people.
Villa Barbara is not a party house.this property nestles perfectly on the edge of a small Istrian village. The villa offers privacy, tranquillity and a picturesque view of the Istrian countryside. The first restaurant where you can try homemade Istrian cuisine (agro-tourism) is within easy walking distance. A recommended way to get to know Istria is through its excellent gastronomy. The symphonies of flavors of Istrian food will excite all your senses. Istria is a land of excellent cuisine, but the 'gastronomic pearl' is undoubtedly the truffle.
The nearest beaches are within a 20-minute drive from the villa, and the nearest airport - Pula, is only 50 km away.
The villa is located in the northern part of Istria, near the Mirna river valley, where undoubtedly the most famous and attractive Istrian medieval town of Motovun is located, as well as another Istrian jewel: Groznjan, a small must-see town. Motovun is surrounded by vineyards where the best Istrian wines, the white wine Malvasia, and the red wine Teran are produced. The whole area has a wide selection of excellent local restaurants, and the region is famous for one of the best truffles in the world.
