Patio, pool and BBQ area is surrounded by parks, gardens, tranquil lakes & walkways with breathtaking views.
Resort amenities are located right across the street with an amazing clubhouse (private owned), Bar & Grill restaurant, water park (extra fee), arcade, gym, volleyball court, soccer & football fields, & event center for parties & weddings.
Only 12 mi Legoland/19 mi Disney/26 mi SeaWorld & International Drive/29 mi Universal Studios.

We provide kitchen and bathroom essential starter kits.
The Clubhouse is run by an independent Company. The restaurant, Gym and Game room have free excess but the pool and waterpark requires a fee at the front entrance, $20 adults / $15 kids. After 4pm, $15 adults / $12.50 kids.
*Owners are allergic to cats and dogs, unfortunately can’t accommodate any pets/service animals.

We absolutely loved our stay! After a long day at Legoland, it was just a short distance to the house to sit down and relax. The kids especially loved the Avengers themed room! The house is a short walking distance to the water park, which was perfect. The host is wonderful and communicates all the details well. Would stay here again 100%!
