About this house rental
A beautifully furnished designer villa in Fazana, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest beach - Villa Casa Ombra Rossa will fulfil all your wishes! The villa was built in 2019 and is located in a quiet area. The centre of Fazana with its shops, restaurants etc. is only a short walk away. However, it is also understandable if you do not want to leave the villa, as you have everything you need at your disposal - a private pool and a beautiful garden with hammocks and plenty of space for sunbathing for the older ones or for playing and fun for the little ones. There is even a sauna for your complete relaxation. The outdoor area, where you will probably spend most of your time, also has a charcoal barbecue and a covered dining area where everyone can get together and enjoy al fresco meals. The balcony on the upper floor offers magnificent views of the sea and the Brijuni Islands and is the ideal spot for an evening drink.
The interior is tastefully decorated in a modern style and divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and two bedrooms that share an elegant bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and each have a double bed, a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. Nowadays, many tourists visit Fazana. Fazana offers beautiful Adriatic beaches, charming nature, cultural heritage and local events, especially during the summer months: Skola soljenje sardele (the school of sardine salting), Mehr na stolu (the sea on the table), Ca ribari znaju (What the fishermen can do), Festa od sardela (the sardine festival)...It is also a perfect starting point for numerous excursions. From Fazana you have the opportunity to take a boat and visit the Brijuni Islands, the fabulous national park. On the Brijuni Islands you can enjoy the marvellous nature, but also play golf. Faana is only 10 km from Pula, a city rich in cultural heritage and famous for its Roman amphitheatre.
