About this house rental
Villa Zaneta is located in the small Istrian town of Minj, surrounded by nature. The villa consists of two buildings - a larger and a smaller house, in which 6 bedrooms can accommodate a total of 12 guests.
The houses lean against each other, but are completely separate. Each unit has a separate entrance, which is ideal for a larger group of friends or two families who want to holiday together.
Traditional Istrian decoration with carefully selected details, gives the villa a feeling of home and comfort. In the garden of the villa there is a spacious pool surrounded by 12 sun loungers where you can sunbathe or read your favourite book. Younger guests will love the swing and slide in the garden behind the smaller house. As you walk around the villa's garden, you will come across a fountain with a small table and chairs next to it, where you can drink your morning coffee to the sound of birdsong or simply take a break from the day.
The larger house is divided into 3 parts - on the ground floor there is the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as on the second floor.
On the ground floor of the smaller house, guests have two air-conditioning units at their disposal. There is a living room, a bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is an air conditioning unit in the hallway that connects the two rooms.
Both houses have a covered outdoor dining area with a spacious table and chairs where guests of the villa can serve a delicious meal.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful spacious villa in a very peaceful rural place with lovely walks and a short drive to amenities. A great place to explore Istria and only a 40 mins drive from the airport. I’d definitely book again! Highly recommended!

We had a beautiful time at Villa Zaneta. The house is very well equipped, very clean and I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location of the Villa is excellent and most attractions within Istria are just a short drive away.

Waren 2 Wochen hier in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft! Wir 3 Familien haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen (Moskitonetze an ein paar Fenstern wären noch top) , Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht alle Fragen zu beantworten. Es war toll und erholsam! Weiter zu empfehlen!! Verdiente 5 Sterne!
