Villa Malipiero Residence is a unique villa in the heart of Rovinj on the west coast of Istria that can accommodate up to 12 people and offers you all the amenities you could wish for on a dream vacation in Croatia. Located in the charming old town and just a few meters from the sea, the view from the upper floors of this villa will take your breath away. Enjoy the magical sunsets, stroll through the narrow streets of the old town in the evening and enjoy the flair of a former fishing village.

Villa Malipiero Residence consists of several floors, each of which is special in its own right. On the first floor you will find the well-equipped fitness room and the wellness area with sauna and a bathroom. Relax here or work off some energy while exercising. Level 2 consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern en-suite bathrooms. On the third level you will find 2 further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a vinotheque with a small kitchen and dining table for 6 people. Level 4 has the living area with kitchen and dining area, a library and an outdoor terrace. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. One level higher there is another pretty living room, another well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the 6th floor there is a nice comfortable bedroom with a balcony, which offers you a wonderful view of the sea and the islands. Another bathroom is also available here. From the top floor you have a 180 degree panoramic sea view that will enchant you. On this 7th floor there is a bedroom and a modern bathroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned and all bedrooms have a TV. Villa Malipiero Residence offers many additional services such as in-house wine tasting, private chef, massage, yoga classes, personal fitness training, private transfer, guided tours, boat rental and bike rental.
