In this amazing villa you have a private pool at your disposal on the upper floor, but the highlight of this villa is the rooftop bar overlooking the enchanting city of Zadar, where you will enjoy warm summer evenings under the starry sky. On the terrace in front of the villa you will have the opportunity to prepare your favorite specialties with family and friends.
The interior of the villa and the elegantly decorated interior will add a touch of luxury to your stay. On the first floor of the villa there is a living room and kitchen with dining area and a separate toilet, while on the second floor you will find 6 spacious, luxuriously furnished bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
In a separate apartment on the first floor of the villa live the tenants, who use a separate entrance and fully respect guests' privacy.

If you want to have more fun, there are beach bars and cafés available from sunset to sunrise. For the night owls there are bars and clubs. Enjoy the beautiful, natural beaches and promenades or visit a nearby tourist town such as the small but significant village of Nin. Only 17 km away, today it is best known for its beautiful, sandy beaches, salt pans and healing mud.
