Welcome to your serene woodland retreat. Horseshoe Hideaway is a true log cabin that blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.
Relax on the screened porch, gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs, or enjoy a meal prepared on the grill. The cabin also includes a carport for convenient covered parking.
Inside, you'll find a fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living space, and sleeping arrangements designed for both couples and families.

Located just minutes from the Patoka Lake Main Entrance (park pass included), the cabin is also close to Patoka Lake Winery, local restaurants, boat rentals, and hiking trails.
After a day on the lake or exploring the area, unwind by the fire pit, relax on the porch, or enjoy dinner on the back deck overlooking the peaceful woods.
We are also about 20 minutes from the historic French Lick Resort and Casino, along with the Pete Dye and Donald Ross golf courses.

Horseshoe Hideaway is located on a wooded rural property. Guests may occasionally encounter insects, wildlife, leaves, or natural debris typical of forest environments. Our cleaning team prepares the cabin carefully before each stay, but guests who appreciate a natural woodland setting tend to enjoy this cabin the most.
Personal Host Support
As your host, I live within 1/4 mile of the cabin and am available by call or text if anything comes up during your stay. Being nearby allows me to respond quickly if guests need assistance—something that sets our cabins apart from many remote-managed rentals.
Private Cabin Community
Our cabin community is accessible only by private gravel roads. To help keep dust down and maintain a pleasant environment for everyone, please observe the 10 mph speed limit while driving through the area.

Nice quiet property. We had a few minor issues when we arrived that Wes took care of quickly. Would recommend for anyone looking to get away for a weekend in a beautiful part of Indiana.
