Modern vacation apartments with a view of our horse pastures

Our 55-square-meter vacation apartment was built for you in 2016. It is modern, very cozy, and completely newly furnished. We do our best to ensure that you feel completely at home with us. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and more. The apartment also features a separate restroom, a large TV, and Wi-Fi. A large box-spring bed in the bedroom ensures a comfortable night’s sleep. The living area has two additional armchairs that can easily be converted into sleeping accommodations for two extra guests.
You’ll be staying on the first floor above a horse stable, right in the countryside yet very close to the city (1 km to downtown / 800 m to the train station). In the courtyard below the vacation rental, there is a seating area that our guests are welcome to use.
You’re also welcome to spend your vacation with us on horseback or to train yourself and/or your horse; we (the whole family) run a dressage training stable up to the Grand Prix level. Our facility features two 20x60 indoor riding arenas, an outdoor arena ready for use year-round, a racetrack, paddocks and a jumping course in the summer, and spacious pastures.
A wide range of recreational activities will enrich your stay, such as paddling on the Niers River (250 m away), bike tours along the beautiful Lower Rhine, or a trip to the Arcen Thermal Baths (15 km away).
Also nearby: the Xanten Archaeological Park and “Südsee” (23 km), Irrland Amusement Park in Kevelaer (13 km), the Arcen Botanical Garden (14 km), and much more.
You can easily reach us by car, train (we’d be happy to pick you up at the Geldern train station), or plane (Weeze Airport 22 km / Düsseldorf Airport 55 km).
