Serenity Homestay

Not an hotel but a very good guest house - Good place where you have basic amenities; clean and large enough room, good bed, air con and fan, good wifi. 3 rooms only so very homely and quiet. Shared bath room toilets: again with 3 guests not an issue. Location not an issue as ride-sharing is ubiquitous in Dar es Salaam. Works well even at 4 AM _I can attest this. Common kitchen and fridge, you store your food and cook what you need. Ideal for autonomous and savvy travellers. Owner/ manager very helpful and keen to solve any issue.

It's an old private home turned in guesthouse. Refreshing and maintenance long overdue,but everything works well. Spending a couple of hundrd bucks on refreshing and painting would warrant a price hike and make guest feel better. The GH doean't sell anything. Could provide basics such as water, soap/ shampoo, etc...Local shop at the corner , and shopping mall 10 minutes away, but still...

トイレの水圧が弱い

J'ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à Mikocheni ! La maison est grande, magnifique et baignée de lumière, ce qui rend l'espace très agréable à vivre. L'emplacement est parfait : c'est très facile à trouver, ce qui est un vrai plus dans ce quartier. Un immense merci à Lydia pour son accueil. Elle est d'une gentillesse incroyable, très sympa et vraiment adorable. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
